All purchases are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations in texture, color, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of donor hair.
All measurements are approximate.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Minah Hair Boutique reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Payments
Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
5. Processing & Shipping
Processing times are separate from delivery times.
Ready-to-Ship units are dispatched within the stated timeframe.
Pre-Order units require the stated production period before dispatch.
Minah Hair is not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only on unworn units with lace intact and original packaging preserved, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customized, altered, pre-order, and worn units are final sale.

7. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or customization.
Pre-order and customized units cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
Minah Hair Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Hair care results may vary depending on maintenance and handling.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising shall be resolved within South African jurisdiction
