Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wigs and bundles are eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with lace intact and packaging preserved.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at minahhairboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The lace must remain intact and uncut
• The unit must not be worn, styled, washed, brushed, or altered
• The unit must not be customized (bleached knots, plucked, resized, or modified)
• The original packaging must be included
Minah Hair reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale:
• Customized units
• Pre-order units
• Altered or worn wigs
• Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.
