    Each unit is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure density, construction, and overall finish meet Minah Hair standards.

    Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are accepted only on unworn units with lace intact and original packaging preserved. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

    Customized, pre-order, or altered units are considered final sale.

    Champagne Crème is a custom-coloured piece. As each unit is coloured individually, slight variations in tone and dimension are part of the finish and make every unit unique.

    Pre-Order units require 10–14 working days for production before dispatch.
